The first promo of Disney+ Hotstar’s upcoming Tamil web series has just dropped! The promo begins with four siblings of a family fighting for their TV remote. Actors Ponvannan and Vanitha essay the roles of the parents, while Ayesha, Deepika, Naveen and Ashwini play the siblings. The fun banter between the parents and the kids gives us a sneak peek into the upcoming family entertainer.
Earlier on the occasion of Tamil New Year on April 14, the OTT giant had released a first-look poster of the family entertainer. From the earlier reports, it is revealed that the series is set to be a fun entertainer, narrating the complexities of modern relationships. Helmed by M Ramesh Bharathi, the upcoming web series promises to be an entertaining show that would particularly appeal to youth.
Uppu Puli Kaaram
Uppu Puli Kaaram's is produced by Vikatan Televistas, which has earlier presented the horror series November Story, starring Tamannaah, for Disney+ Hotstar in 2021. The music for the upcoming series is scored by Sheik, while the cinematography is handled by Parthiban and Sathish Kumar. The release date is yet to be revealed.

Other Disney+ Hotstar series
Disney+ Hotstar has lately been releasing several limited series such as Heart Beat and Label, which have appealed to young people. The OTT giant's limited series have been well received by audiences who are eager to watch the second seasons of these shows. However, the chances of a second season are slim because the popular OTT platform hasn't renewed any of the Tamil-language series for a new season in the last few years. Heart Beat, which has been performing well, is set to stream its final episode soon.
With the launch of a new Tamil web series, fans believe that the popular medical drama might come to an end. Nonetheless, fans hope that their favourite series will be renewed for a second season rather than be limited to only a few episodes.
