Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Pawan Kalyan's highly-awaited project which Harish Shankar launched. Details inside

The news of Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar teaming up for a project after the blockbuster Gabbar Singh had brought cheers among fans. The movie was titled Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh when the latter made the announcement a year ago. The director had also unveiled a concept poster.

The film has now been officially launched, but the team has come up with a slight change in the title. The project to be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers is now titled Ustaad Bhagat Singh. A few pics from today's launch ceremony, featuring Pawan, Harish and others, have been doing the rounds on social media.      

The makers have informed that the film's shooting will begin soon, and an update on its cast and crew is expected to be revealed in a while. For the last few days, there have been speculation that the movie is an adaptation of Vijay-starrer Theri which was released in 2016.

Though Harish hasn't completely refuted the rumours, fans are hoping that the film will have a fresh story. The title font of the movie has also been unveiled by makers, and it comes with the tagline 'This time it's not just entertainment', leaving fans curious.

Pawan is sporting a camo shirt for the film's launch, and his fans can't keep calm. They have been taking to social media to express their excitement, and have started demanding a few things from Harish. It looks like Ustaad Bhagat Singh will have elements that are required to elevate the star's political career.

Ayananka Bose has been roped in to crank the camera while Devi Sri Prasad is on board to compose music. The latter was the musician for Pawan-Harish's Gabbar Singh as well.
