The first-look teaser of Uttarakaanda has got everyone talking, including the top celebs of the Kannada Film Industry. The promo offered a glimpse of the unique world that Rohit Padaki and Co. have put together and Dhananjaya's central character, Gabru Sathya, has evidently caught the imagination of the public. Everyone's been singing high praise with the North Karnataka dialect, the dialogues and Charan Raj's BGM, in particular, being discussed the most.

Rishab Shetty took to social media a short while ago to share his excitement over the teaser and also wished Dhananjaya a happy birthday. Appie Buthday Dostha, said the Kantara 2 star in typical Uttarakarnataka shaili and also, quite gracefully, shared the link to the video.

Rakshit Shetty had declared prior to the teaser's release that there are '1000 reasons to wait for it', wishing Dhananjaya a happy birthday in advance. The actor will soon be seen in the much-awaited Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side A, which releases on September 1.

Filmmaker Tharun Kishore Sudhir, who is currently shooting Kaatera with Challenging Star Darshan, shared that the teaser of Uttarakaanda was super impressive and wished the film's leading man an "epic year ahead"

Director Shashank, who is fresh off the success of Kousalya Supraja Rama, also shared the teaser via social media and wished Dhananjaya a happy birthday.

Nirup Bhandari, Sathish Ninasam and countless others on social media have expressed great delight in favour of the Uttarakaanda teaser, with the North Karnataka slang, in particular, doing the magic for them.

Uttarakaanda marks the reunion of Dhananjaya, writer-director Rohit Padaki and production/distribution house KRG Studios after their successful debut collaboration Rathnan Prapancha. The upcoming gangster flick also includes Ramya as part of its cast and we hear that a few other top actors will feature in it. Part 1 or the prologue of Uttarakaanda is expected to arrive in cinemas in 2024.
