The frequently leaked pics from the set of Varisu is turning out to be a big headache for makers. The fourth schedule of the movie, starring Vijay in the lead, commenced in Vizag on Monday despite Telugu Film Chamber announcing a strike.

The team was allowed to shoot only because it is a Tamil project, albeit Vamshi Paidipally and Dil Raju, its director and producer respectively belong to Tollywood. The movie's shooting has been happening at the popular Vizag port, and a sequence featuring Vijay, who plays a businessman in it, and a few employees of his company was being shot.

A picture from the location got leaked and is doing the rounds on social media now. It has Vijay spotted wearing a black outfit and a grey blazer over it. He is seen talking to a few junior artists who play factory workers in the film.

Needless to say, fans of the star are furious over the makers as this isn't the first time pictures are getting leaked from the movie. Earlier, too, a couple of pictures of Vijay were leaked and the team had shifted the location. A video featuring Rashmika and Khushbu from the location was also uploaded on social media by unknown people.

The first look, second look and third look from Varisu were unveiled officially on June 22, on Vijay's birthday. The movie which will be released in Telugu as Vaarasudu will hit the screens on Pongal 2023. It is expected that the film will be wrapped up by September.

Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Yogi Babu among others play pivotal roles in the project which has music composed by Thaman. Varisu marks the debut Tamil film for director Vamshi and producer Dil Raju.
