The much-awaited day is here. The shoot for Ajith and Trisha's upcoming film, Vidaa Muyarchi begins in Baku, Azerbaijan today. The entire team is already in the transcontinental country for the shoot.

A picture of Ajith boarding the flight is now doing the rounds on the internet. Meanwhile, Trisha had already dropped a video in which she is seen passing by a building which sports the national flag of the country. Trisha has just returned from her New York vacation and is now right back at work for her next. Trisha has always spoken about her admiration for Ajith and this will be their fourth film together after Ji, Kireedam and Mankatha.

Ajith, who has been on a break from acting for a while now, is finally all set to face the arc lights with the film.

Vidaa Muyarchi shoot long-delayed
It is to be noted that Ajith was about to begin shooting for next soon after Thunivu. The film was supposed to be directed by Vignesh Shivan. But the director was ousted from the project after the production team was not convinced with the script. Soon Magizh Thirumeni was brought on board and the announcement was made on the occasion of May 1, Ajith's birthday. Ajith lost his father this year and the actor took a break from work.

Riots in Azerbaijan leaves fans worried
In the meantime, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has gripped the country, which is predominantly inhabited by Armenians. Reports are that many Armenians have already fled the nation and Azerbaijan has secured the nation. The team of Vidaa Muyarchi, on the other hand, is shooting in Baku, the capital city, which is in the far east.

Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music for the film, while Lyca Productions is bankrolling the project. The portions will be mostly canned abroad.
