Producer-actor Siddharth's latest movie Chithha is due to arrive on the streaming soon. Even though we don't have the official date for Chithha's OTT release at this moment, it's safe to say that you just have to wait a little longer to watch it from the comfort of your home.
The buzz is that Chithha might finally become available for streaming on November 28. An official confirmation, however, is awaited.

A poster of the movie displaying the unconfirmed release date started circulating on social media, creating a lot of excitement among fans. Many online publications also widely reported the wrong digital premiere date, adding to the confusion.
However, when the film didn't arrive on streaming on November 17, many were upset. Fans took to social media to share their frustration about the lack of clarity as to when the film was hitting the streaming platform.
Chithha has defied the standard industry practice about the shorter OTT release window. Typically, almost all new movies from the South Indian film industry, make their streaming debut within four weeks after their theatrical release. However, the reason for Chithha's delayed digital release, despite its box office run in most parts of the country having already ended, is unclear.
Chithha was released in cinemas on September 28. Even though it was released along with a slew of other big releases, this film managed to outshine its rivals at the box office, thanks to good reviews and strong word of mouth.

Filmmaker S. U. Arun Kumar has written and directed Chithha. The film revolves around the issues of child safety. Besides Siddharth, the film also stars Nimisha Sajayan and Anjali Nair in key roles.
