A few days ago, there were speculations that Salman Khan would play the role of Bade Sahab inthe upcoming film Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and the actor wearing a suit also went viral on social media, but these were completely rumours and appear to be AI-generated (Artificial Intelligence). Now, on the film’s Letterboxd page, the cast and crew are listed, and there is Emraan Hashmi's name, in which Bade Sahab is appearing. 

As reported earlier, the listing suggests that much of the original cast from Part 1 is set to return, including Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, and Rakesh Bedi, alongside new additions like Raj Zutshi, who is rumoured to be playing a Pakistani general, and a possible cameo by Yami Gautam. However, the biggest talking point is the unexpected inclusion of Emraan Hashmi in the main cast list as Bade Sahab. 

However, this leak should be looked over with caution. Like IMDb, Letterboxd allows public edits, meaning cast details aren’t always officially verified. As a result, the inclusion of Emraan Hashmi in Dhurandhar 2 could simply be user-added speculation rather than confirmation from the film’s team.

Yami Gautam and Vicky Kaushal's cameos in Dhurandhar: The Revenge

Pinkvilla reported that Yami Gautam is likely to be seen in a special cameo in Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar: The Revenge. The source shared, “Yami’s role is action-packed and extremely crucial to the narrative. She has already shot for nearly 5 days, and though it’s a cameo, it’s an important part that will leave the audience amazed.”

On the other hand, Mid-Day reported that Vicky Kaushal also might return to his role as Major Vihaan Singh Shergill from the 2019 hit Uri: The Surgical Strike, instead of introducing a new character.

Meanwhile, Dhurandhar: The Revenge will explore the true identity of Ranveer Singh's character, highlighting his backstory as an Indian operative named Jaskirat Singh Rangi. R. Madhavan (Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Ajay Sanyal) is expected to have a much more prominent role, focusing on his training of Hamza in warfare.
