Aditya Roy Kapur is back with his Ludo director Anurag Basu. The two have been working on Life In A Metro sequel, Metro... In Dino. During his recent interaction, Aditya spilled the beans on why he did not have second thoughts while working with Anurag Basu. Here's what he said...

"Working with him in Ludo was an amazing experience, and I remember being surprised by his process. So when this opportunity came up, I said yes without a second thought," the actor shared with HT City.

Will Anurag Basu-Aditya Roy Kapur share the same or different fate as Anurag Basu-Ranbir Kapoor?

Some years back, Anurag Basu and Ranbir Kapoor created magic on the big screen with Barfi! The movie was immensely loved by the viewers, thus encouraging the filmmaker-actor duo to work together more often. However, destiny was not that kind of them. After Barfi, they worked on Jagga Jasoos, which underwent many troubles. The film was constantly delayed and if nothing else, there was news that the IT couple of the time Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif fell apart during the shooting of the movie. As unfortunate as that was, they both maintained professionalism and continued working on the film, completing and promoting it too. Unfortunately, though, it failed to get the box office ringing either and was among the disastrous movies. Thus ended the sage of Anurag Basu-Ranbir Kapoor. Here's hoping history does not repeat itself and from the looks of it, that's not the case with Metro... In Dino, at least thus far.

Will Aditya Roy Kapur collaborate with Shraddha Kapoor again?

Among the many rumors, the strong one is that Aditya and Shraddha Kapoor might end up working again. Unfortunately, they saw the same fate as Basu-Kapoor, but with Ok Jaanu. After giving us an unforgettable Aashiqui 2, they tried to recreate the magic with Ok Jaanu, and even though their chemistry still received praise, the movie did not work at the box office. So, will Aditya and Shraddha still collaborate on a project? That's just a mystery for now.
