Fans of XG, the Japanese girl band that is based in South Korea, can’t keep calm as they have been treated to a new version of the hit, LEFT RIGHT.

XG, a rising hip-hop and R&B girls group, has been making waves globally since the release of their third single, SHOOTING STAR, on January 25. Their latest release, LEFT RIGHT REMIXX, featuring Ciara and Jackson Wang, is a remix of their track, LEFT RIGHT, which was also released in January 2023.

The LEFT RIGHT REMIXX track list includes only one song, the remix of LEFT RIGHT. While the original vocals of the XG members remain intact, the remix adds Ciara's soft vocals and Jackson Wang's groovy and unique vocals.

LEFT RIGHT has been on the rise in the US, ranking in the "Mediabase Top 40 Radio Airplay Chart" for nine consecutive weeks, the first-ever time for a Japanese female artist and group to achieve this.

On April 17, Jackson Wang and Ciara surprised the audience at Coachella 2023 with their performance of the remix of XG's LEFT RIGHT. The remix features newly-arranged vocals by Ciara and Jackson Wang.

And that’s not all as far as remixes go for XG. In early April 7, they released their first remix, SHOOTING STAR REMIXX.

The girl band is also releasing a serialised documentary series titled XTRA XTRA, which documents the five years leading up to the girls' debut.

XG is a seven-member hip-hop and R&B girls group consisting of JURIN, CHISA, HARVEY, HINATA, JURIA, MAYA, and COCONA. The group's name, "XG", stands for "Xtraordinary Girls".
