Yaariyan gets a theatrical re-release
Himansh Kohli shared good news about Yaariyan's theatrical re-release on his Instagram account. The Bollywood actor shared a poster of his 2014 film on IG with a caption that read, "Feel the vibes of friendship, love, and good times back on the big screen! Yaariyan hits theaters once again on March 21, 2025. Let’s relive the magic and those good times (sic)." It will be re-released in theatres on March 21.
Yaariyan, produced by T Series, featured Himansh as Lakshya and Rakul as Saloni. Despite mixed feedback, the film worked well at the box office. It initially released in cinemas on January 10, 2014. The film's star cast also included Sunil Grover, Yashpal Sharma, Sharman Joshi, Evelyn Sharma, Gulshan Grover and others.
Himansh Kohli on his learnings from Yaariyan
Earlier, in an interview with IANS, Himansh Kohli revealed how Yaariyan brought a positive change in his life. The actor recalled that he arrived late on set in the first two days, which left director Divya Khossla upset. However, this incident made Kohli realize his mistake and he ensured to arrive on time.
"I felt so bad about upsetting her that I immediately thought to correct myself and put alarms, and asked my team to make sure that my day is planned in such a way that I am on time for the shoot no matter what. And to date, I make it a point to always arrive on time, and it has brought such a great change in my life," Himansh shared.
