Youth, the upcoming Tamil film starring Ken Karunaas in his lead acting debut, is nearing release. Ahead of this, the makers of the film revealed the trailer on social media on Saturday. Besides starring, Ken Karunaas has also written and directed the film.

The trailer of the upcoming Tamil movie Youth is now out! While there has been a positive buzz surrounding the film, with some early reviews pouring in appreciation, the Youth trailer gives us a glimpse of what to expect from the film.
The trailer gives a youthful energy, revolves around a young school boy named Praveen, who is in his teens. His mother has hopes on him becoming an IAS officer, while his father thinks of the opposite. An evidently extroverted Praveen has his eyes set on three girls, who reciprocate. Youth trailer has enough moments of fun and energy, as the film is primarily set in school. The trailer ends with Althotha Bhoopathy song from Youth, the 2002 film starring Vijay.

Ken Karunaas, son of comedian Karunaas and singer Grace Karunaas, had appeared in supporting roles in films like Asuran and Vaathi. After assisting in films like Thiruchitrambalamand Raayan, now, with Youth Ken is all set to make his debut as lead actor, besides helming his first directorial. Touted to be a youthful entertainer, the upcoming film is set to release in theatres on March 19, classing with the Bollywood biggie Dhurandhar 2 starring Ranveer Singh.
