Ormax Media - a specialised media consulting firm that tracks, tests and provides analytics and consulting services for films, TV, OTT, news, music and sports - has recently published its list of the most popular Hindi female stars for March 2023. Topping the list is Alia Bhatt, followed by Deepika Padukone in the second spot and Kiara Advani in third.

Alia Bhatt, a new mother, gained her top spot due to her recent successful movies, including Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, Darlings, RRR, and Gangubai Kathiawad. She recently made headlines for her appearance alongside Rashmika Mandanna in a dance performance on Naatu Naatu at the opening night of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center in Mumbai recently.

Deepika Padukone’s success in the recently released Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, propelled her to the second spot. She is also set to star alongside Prabhas in Project K, which is scheduled to be released in 2024.

Kiara Advani secured the third spot after appearing in Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 opposite Kartik Aaryan becoming the highest grossing film of 2022. She is also slated to appear in Satyaprem Ki Katha and Aashiqui 3.

Katrina Kaif took the fourth spot on the list after she was last seen in Gurmmeet Singh’s Phone Bhoot, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, which tanked at the box office. The actor will be seen opposite South superstar Vijay Sethupati in Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas.

Shraddha Kapoor bagged the fifth position after she starred in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar alongside Ranbir Kapoor and is set to appear in the sequel of Stree, alongside Rajkummar Rao.

The Shehzada actress, Kriti Sanon has bagged the sixth position who was last seen alongside Kartik Aaryan in Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada, which was not received well by the audience. The actor is currently shooting for Rajesh Krishnan’s The Crew, where she will be sharing screen space with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu.

Taking to Instagram, she shared that she has started shooting for Rajesh Krishnan’s The Crew, alongside Tabu and Kriti Sanon. International sensation, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has bagged the eighth position on the star ratings. The actor recently came to India for the promotion of her premiere of her latest film, Citadel, alongside Richard Madden. Kajol took the second last position on the list, having appeared last in Revathi’s Salaam Venky alongside Vishal Jethwa. Today, also marks the 15th year anniversary of her film U Me Aur Hum with Ajay Devgn.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has bagged the tenth position on the Ormax Media’s most popular Hindi female star ratings. The actor was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Slevan: 1, alongside Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, Vikram and Aishwarya Lekshmi. Ponniyin Selvan 2 will hit the theatres on April 28, 2023. It will release five regional languages Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
