Popularly known as Siva to the cricketing world, this spinner is now a popular commentator and analyst. However, Siva made an appearance in a comedy scene in Raja Kaiya Vacha, starring Prabhu, Revathi and Gautami. 

Krishnamachari Srikkanth

An important figure in Indian cricket even after his playing days, Srikanth also made time to appear as himself in the popular Tamil film, Priyamana Thozhi. With Madhavan taking the lead as an aspiring cricketer, Srikanth is seen in a cameo, playing himself on screen.

Varun Chakravarthy is a figure, cricket fans can easily understand today, having broken through the Indian Premier League. However, the leg spinner appeared in Vishnu Vishal’s 2014 hit Jeeva, before he made his debut on the field.

One of Indian cricket’s most prominent captains, Kapil Dev led the nation to the holy grail in 1983. While the actor has appeared in movies such as Iqbal and Mujhse Shaadi Karogii, his cameo as himself in Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii is one to remember.
