Hostel Daze Season 4 Story

The TVF series follows the tale of a group of friends at an engineering college. After three impeccably fun-packed years, the future engineers are all set to face the reality of final exams, campus placements, and ultimately the final separation from each other. Directed by Abhinav Anand, the fourth and final season stars Nikhil Vijay, Ahsaas Channa, Utsav Sarkar, Luv Vispute, Shubham Gaur, and Ayushi Gupta in pivotal roles.

Hostel Daze Season 4 Review

Like other TVF series, Hostel Daze also has a unique quality that distinguishes it from other teen comedy dramas. The show began by showcasing all pivotal characters in the first year of engineering in the first season and ended the fourth season with the final year of college. While the first season arrived as a breath of fresh air among the OTT content, the final season leaves with a heartfelt adieu and a uniquely crafted story.

The separation of Akanksha and Ankit (Ahsaas and Utsav), as well as Nabomita and Chirag (played by Ayushi and Luv), in a covert relationship, is what Hostel Daze Season 4 picks up where the third season left off. Meanwhile, Akanksha (Ahsaas) is the student placement coordinator in the final year and takes her job very seriously. Initially, the teen comedy series displays how most of the final-year students, including Jhantoo (Nikhil), Jaat (Shubham), and Ankit, do not take their recruitment test and preparations seriously, while Akanksha and the early placement of a student make them realise their importance.

Director Abhinav Anand gets extra points for taking the most realistic approach to exhibiting the actuality of final-year students, especially in an engineering college. Those who have now become engineers will surely relate to the small circumstances that take place among the final-year students. From pleading with their professor for attendance and college gang rivalry to preparing for finals and recruitment tests, Hostel Daze Season 4 brings back many memories that can make you nostalgic.

Just like the last three seasons, the pivotal cast leaves no stone unturned in making the latest and final instalment a fun-packed, joyful ride with their impeccable performances. Nikhil Vijay, Ahsaas Channa, Luv Vispute, Shubham Gaur, and Ayushi Gupta are at their absolute best, while Utsav Sarkar also impresses and doesn't disappoint, as is Adarsh Gourav's replacement as Ankit. Meanwhile, Harsha Chemudu as Ravi Teja and Sahil Verma as Rakhi get special mention for their quirky appearances.

Another watch-worthy part of the series is its medley of comedy, sarcasm, romance, and emotionally realistic angles, such as the ending that comes as a big realisation to all of them as and when they start separating from each other to finally leave college forever.

Hostel Daze Season 4 Verdict

Hostel Daze Season 4 makes you realise that with the series finale, it is the end of another incredible TVF series that has kept us entertained for quite a few years. The Nikhil Vijay, Ahsaas Channa, Utsav Sarkar, Luv Vispute, Shubham Gaur, and Ayushi Gupta starrer bids an emotional adieu with a binge-worthy instalment on Prime Video.
