0-1 defeat against ASEAN All-Stars

Manchester United's pre-season began in Kuala Lumpur with a surprising 0-1 setback against the ASEAN All-Stars. Despite high anticipations, United struggled to adapt to the humid conditions and evasive style of their opponents, conceding a lone goal from Maung Maung Lwin.

3-1 win vs Hong Kong

United edged out West Ham United 2-1 in New Jersey’s Premier League Summer Series, in a tight contest. Goals from captain Bruno Fernandes helped them win easily. Patrick Dorgu and Matheus Cunha also had a good game for the Red Devils.

4-1 win vs Bournemouth

The attacking line ignited in Chicago, where the Red Devils dismantled Bournemouth 4-1 at Soldier Field. This fixture was arguably the team’s most convincing display, with fluid attacking movements, creative midfield play, and clinical finishing.

Ethan Williams, Amad Diallo, Patrick Dorgu, and Rasmus Højlund scored for United, which made coach Ruben Amorim hopeful for brighter things coming in the Premier League.

2-2 draw vs Everton
