FC Barcelona's new No.10 teenage sensation, Lamine Yamal, scored a beautiful first-half brace as the Catalan club took a 3-2 lead in the first half of their pre-season Asian tour game against South Korean club FC Seoul at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Thursday.

Yamal's outside-the-box 'wonder goal'
FC Barcelona started the match on a great note with senior striker Robert Lewandowski scoring in the eighth minute, with a left-footed strike from close range. Six minutes later, Yamal found the net with a long-range strike with his favourite left foot from outside the box.
Yamal, who was criticised for his 'fun' during the holidays and was remarked as an unfocused young kid, proved everyone wrong with another classic goal. The 2025 Ballon d'Or worthy winger first made a quick run on the right flank and wanted to find Dani Olmo with a back heel. However, after that attempted pass was deflected by a defender,
it fell right in place for Lamine to make a quick cut back and go for the goal with a left-footed shot. Seoul goalkeeper Hyeon-mu Kang got a hand to it. But it was not good enough to stop that from going inside the goal.
Yamal's second goal
After that goal from Lamine, Seoul brought parity in the match with goals from Cho Young Wook (26') and Yazan Alarab (45+1'). But Yamal made sure FC Barcelona restored the lead within the dying moments of the first half.
In the injury time, Yamal received a quick and accurate pass from Dani Olmo on the right corner of the box. Seeing defender Jin-su Kim following him inside the box, Yamal quickly stopped the ball and ran and won the physical battle before going for a left-footed finish from close range.
Yamal, who has recently signed a contract extension with his boyhood club until 30 June 2031, will be wearing the famous No.10 jersey of Lionel Messi when the new season starts.
