Manish Pandey never fails to amaze the crowd, even today. He slammed a half-century, helping Mysore Warriors win the second match in the ongoing Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2025. The Warriors clashed against the Bengaluru Blasters in the match at Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar Ground, Mysore. It was a good day for the Warriors as they won the toss and chose to bat first.

Despite losing three early wickets at just 61 in 7.2 overs, the middle-order batters changed the course of the game. Harshil Dharmani, Manish Pandey, and Sumit Kumar played the most heroic knocks of the match, helping the team reach 180 in 20 overs.

While Dharmani scored 38 off 31 balls, including two boundaries and one six, and was dismissed by Shubhang Hegde, the other two batters remained unbeaten. Pandey (58) and Sumit (44) stitched an 86-run partnership, which was a valuable contribution for the team.

Pandey hit four boundaries and sixes, and because of his efforts, the Warriors were able to put up a competitive total on the board. For the Blasters, Hegde claimed three wickets.

When the Blasters came to bat, they too lost early wickets, but their middle-order batters couldn't save the innings for their team. However, Captain Mayank Agarwal scored 66 runs off 49 balls, including five boundaries and two sixes, and tried to save the game for his team.

It was a true captain's knock, but didn't get the support from the other end. The rest of the team couldn't even touch the 20-run mark throughout the innings. Moreover, the Blasters were bowled out on just 141 runs, losing by 39 runs.

LR Kumar and Codanda Ajit Karthik claimed three wickets each, while Krishnappa Gowtham took two wickets. Moreover, for an incredible knock, Manish Pandey was awarded the 'Player of the Match' trophy. It was a good start to the tournament for Pandey and Co, and they'll hope it will get better from here.
