Sunny Leone's journey in the Hindi entertainment industry has been like a roller coaster ride. Her journey in India started with an appearance in the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt offered the actress a lead role opposite Randeep Hooda in Jism 2. The film was a sequel to the 2003 film Jism. Following her first Hindi film, Sunny featured in a couple of projects. A web series titled, Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story of Sunny Leone, was based on her life. On the other hand, her co-star Randeep Hooda was seen as Kabir Wilson. The movie, which was an erotic thriller, was produced by Dino Morea. This film was released in cinemas on August 3, 2012. Kuch Kuch Locha Hai

Devang Dholakia's romantic comedy Kuch Kuch Locha Hai hit the silver screen in 2015. The film's storyline was about a 45-year-old businessman being approached by an actress to move in with him to prepare for a character. Impressed by her, the businessman pretends to be single.

Bhushan Patel's Ragini MMS 2 was a sequel to Pawan Kripalani's 2011 film Ragini MMS. The second installment featured Sunny Leone in a pivotal role. The erotic thriller was released theatrically in 2014 and was a box-office success. The storyline of the movie was about a director who tries to shoot an erotic horror film in an isolated house. However, tension arises when the actors start getting killed and the lead actress gets possessed. You can watch the film on ZEE5 as well as OTTplay Premium.

Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story of Sunny Leone

Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story of Sunny Leone was the actress' biographical web show, which premiered in 2018 on ZEE5. While the first season had 10 episodes, the second season comprised of 6 episodes and the third instalment had only four episodes. Rysa Saujani played the role of young Karenjit Kaur (Sunny's real name). You can watch the series on the streaming platform and it's also available on OTTplay Premium.
