Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga is Yami Gautam's another thriller upcoming release after the ZEE5 originals Lost. Meanwhile, OMG 2 – Oh My God! also starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi is her other anticipated film this year, which is highly awaited by movie buffs.

In a candid chat with OTTplay, Yami shared her thoughts on the forthcoming Netflix flick as well as her experience of working with Akshay and Pankaj in OMG 2.

Recently, the makers dropped the latest poster of Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga featuring Yami and Sunny and also unveiled the release date of the film. Talking about her upcoming action-thriller the actor shared, "I think I'm always giving tutorials in how many different types of thriller can be there. Like there was A Thursday and Lost, very different from one another. And now there's gonna be this another thriller but I guarantee you absolutely different. There is no social message. There is no takeaway. It's an out-and-out commercial entertainment film. And, yet, I have something really pivotal to play in that film. And I have a feeling that a lot of girls will especially connect a lot with that. I don't know why I have a feeling, but it's only for entertainment purposes, as they give a warning. You don't have to try this. You don't have to do this. There is no takeaway. There's no message going home. It's strictly for entertainment purposes because I watched the film, and that's how I felt. And I'm very happy with the film. And I'm really actually got anxious and excited to see how you guys like it and how do you feel after watching a film like that."

Meanwhile, speaking about her experience of working with Akshay and Pankaj Tripathi in OMG 2, Yami revealed, "It was very good. I had maximum scenes with Pankaj Ji (Tripathi). Of course, I interacted with Akshay, sir. And he was very clear. He was the first person to get in touch with me when the film was offered to me. It was just before my marriage just before the second lockdown, I believe. And he's told me very clearly that this is a film I'm very passionate about. I really want to tell the story. And I feel that you will be really good for the park. And I took the narration and read the script. And I thought yeah, let's do this. Very good experience and Pankaj Ji, of course, what a joy to work with him. I got to work with both Pankaj Jis. Pankaj Kapur (who worked with her in Lost) is a legend I think and Pankaj Ji (Pankaj Tripathi) is again a very very simple person. Both of them I think that's a mark of being really great actors that that in real life or otherwise very simple. You don't have to be someone or try and be someone very simple and I had a lot of fun working with them. And the trait of a good actor is that they are very secure and they will always try and lift the other person's performance. I think we should be there to support each other, make everybody feel comfortable and make it a good place to work and that happened with both the Pankaj Jis.

Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga is set to premiere on March 24 on Netflix, while OMG 2 release date is yet to be out.
