Aadi Saikumar's Shambala goes on floors: Genre, director, cast and release details

Aadi Sai Kumar is busy with multiple films, one of which is Shambala. After portraying lover-boy roles, he is gearing up for an intense thriller set in a mystical world. To date, the makers have unveiled a striking poster that caught the attention of many.

The suspense thriller launched a few weeks ago was officially announced. Shambhala began shooting today on a special set at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Aadi and the core cast participated in the shoot.

We’ve learned that Aadi will be seen as a geo-scientist in this film, directed by Ugandhar Muni. The young director, trained at the New York Film Academy, has crafted a solid thriller, marking a first for Aadi Sai Kumar.

Archana Iyer plays the female lead and has a pivotal role in the film. Swasika, who will next be seen in Suriya 44, is also playing an important character in Shambala. Ravi Varma, Meesala Laxman, and Madhunandan are reportedly portraying unique and intriguing roles.

Shambala cast and crew details

Shambala is a supernatural thriller, and the makers promise impressive VFX and sound design. Producers Rajasekhar Annabhimoju and Mahidhar Reddy have invested significantly in the technical aspects of the film. Sriram Madduri, who has collaborated with Hans Zimmer, is composing the music, with his background score expected to be one of the highlights.

Aadi Sai Kumar had only one release in 2024, CSI Sanatan. However, in 2025, he will feature in four films, including Shambala. The young actor is particularly excited about Shambala, as he will be showcased in a completely new and shocking avatar. The makers are expected to announce the release date soon.
