Suhani Bhatnagar, who starred with Aamir Khan in the 2016 movie Dangal passed away a few days ago. The superstar now visited the family at their home in Faridabad to pay condolences a few days later after the actress's unexpected death. A picture of the actor with Suhani's family is now doing rounds on the internet.

In the picture, Aamir Khan can be seen standing next to the framed picture of Suhani with her parents and other members of the family. Suhani played the role of a younger version of wrestler Babita Phogat in the film while Aamir played the role of her father Mahavir Singh Phogat.

Suhani was taking treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, for a rare inflammatory condition called Dermatomyositis. According to her mother, the symptoms began two months ago with swelling in the left hand.

Aamir Khan had invited Suhani Bhatnagar and her family to daughter Ira Khan's wedding

Pooja Bhatnagar, Suhani's mother, revealed to ANI on Sunday how Aamir has been in touch with the family and even invited them to Ira Khan's wedding. She said that the actor always kept in touch with the young actress and he was not informed about Suhani's disease as the family was already disturbed and decided to keep it to themselves.

"If we had even sent him a text message, he would have immediately responded and called us personally. He bonded with Suhani from the time he came to know her. We even received a proper invitation to his daughter's marriage recently. He even called us up to say that we had to go," the mother of the late actor told ANI.

Earlier, Aamir Khan's production company Aamir Khan Production House shared the sad news about the actress's demise on their social media account read, "We are deeply saddened to hear about our Suhani passing away. Our heartfelt condolences to her mother Poojaji, and the entire family. Such a talented young girl, such a team player, Dangal would have been incomplete without Suhani. Suhani, you will always remain a star in our hearts May you rest in peace."

Even though Aamir Khan is one of those actors in the business who keeps everything low-key, his gesture to visit Suhani's family and maintain contact with them over the years demonstrates his genuine nature.
