Considering the film's small budget and that it released only in Tamil Nadu, it has made Rs 21 crore in the state itself, with the additional Rs 4 crore coming from other centres. Aan Paavam Pollathathu is a commercial blockbuster in Rio Raj’s career, who was already seen in films Sweetheart and Niram Marum Ulagil earlier this year. It is also to be noted that this year, Tamil cinema has been seeing commercial success in family-oriented films like Tourist Family and Kudumbasthan.
