Aaryan, the recently released Tamil film, is the latest addition to the Tamil OTT space. The film is available in several languages, including Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Aaryan is a crime thriller and released in theatres on October 31. It is now streaming on Netflix.

Aaryan features Vishnu Vishal in the lead role, who plays a cop who must race against time to solve a serial killer case. However, the twist is that the killer had already named himself as the first victim before shooting himself to death during a live television show. With subsequent murders taking place, the cop must not only crack how the murders are taking place but also save them.

The film is directed by Praveen and Manu Anand has penned the additional screenplay. However, upon its theatrical release, many who watched the film drew comparison to Malayalam web series Menaka which has a similar plot. Aaryan also stars Shraddha Srinath and Selvaraghavan in prominent roles. Harish Kannan has cranked the camera, and the music is scored by Ghibran. San Lokesh is the editor.

How much Aaryan make at box office

As per Sacnilk, Aaryan has made only a meagre Rs 8 crore even as the film released both in Tamil and Telugu. The film had not received good reviews upon its release, despite some star names.

Meanwhile, Vishnu Vishal also has some interesting films in the line-up, including Gatta Kusthi 2 with Aishwarya Lekshmi and Irandu Vaanam with Mamitha Baiju. The makers are yet to announce the release dates for these films.
