Adipurush: Sharad Kelkar returns as Prabhas' voice for the Hindi version of the epic
Sharad Kelkar to be Prabhas' voice once again

It wouldn't be unfair to claim that Telugu star Prabhas owes a lot of his popularity in the Hindi film circuit to fellow actor and dubbing artist Sharad Kelkar. Prabhas' most iconic role to date, the one in the Baahubali films, was hugely appreciated by the Hindi audiences and it was Sharad Kelkar who dubbed for him in Hindi, lending the titular character a whole new edge with his booming voice. Well, fans would love to know that the same hit pair is soon back on the screen as the makers of Adipurush rope in Sharad Kelkar to be Prabhas' voice once again.

Yes, as per the latest report shared by The Pinkvilla, Sharad Kelkar has already dubbed for Prabhas' character in the upcoming magnum opus and apparently, those who have heard the work have been mighty impressed with the quality.

With both Prabhas and Sharad Kelkar boasting of tall physical frames and deeper-toned voices, many have reckoned that Kelkar's voice fits the Project K actor's almost perfectly. Prabhas' dual role as Amarendra and Mahendra Baahubali in S.S. Rajamouli's Baabubali: The Conclusion was further accentuated by Kelkar's inimitable voice and thanks to the legacy of the character that all the Hindi fans are now unable to separate the voice from the actor!

As far as Adipurush is concerned, the Om Raut directorial is gearing up for the lavish teaser release on October 2 at 7:11 pm. The event will take place amid tremendous fanfare in the holy city of Ayodhya with Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and others in attendance - following this, reports reveal that Prabhas will be joining in on the Dusshera celebrations in Delhi to burn Ravan effigies and kick off the long promotional tour of Adipurush.

Based on the epic Ramayana, Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and others and the film is slated to release on January 12, 2023. The first look of the film was launched recently to positive responses.
