Nayanthara is making a comeback to Telugu cinema after a long gap with Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, directed by Anil Ravipudi of Sankranthiki Vasthunnam fame.

Nayanthara in talks for yet another Telugu biggie
The shooting of the film is moving at a brisk pace and will hit the screens on January 12, 2025. On the other hand, we at OTTplay have come to know that Nayanthara is in talks with director Gopichand Malineni for his next biggie, which has Balakrishna Nandamuri as the main lead.
One of the sources close to the director has revealed to us that Gopichand recently met Nayanthara on the sets of Chiranjeevi's film and narrated the story to her, and she apparently liked it but has asked for a detailed narration.
The source goes on to add that remuneration discussions are on as of now. In the past, Nayan had already worked with Balakrishna for his film Sri Rama Rajyam, a mythological drama. If she comes on board for this new film, it will be great to see the star jodi once again on the big screen.
Gopichand Malineni to team up with Balakrishna again
Gopichand Malineni is high on the success of his last hit, Jaat with Sunny Deol, and has readied a solid big-budget film that deals with dynasties. That is also one of the reasons he wants Nayanthara for a royal role in the film.
The pre-production of the film is happening at a brisk pace, and very soon the film will be announced. As of now, Nayan will next be seen in Chiranjeevi's biggie, and we cannot wait for her Telugu comeback.
