After Kannappa's success, Vishnu Manchu has taken a different route as he will be involved in content that will be made for short-form entertainment. A massive team has been hired for the same.

Vishnu Manchu gave his all to his dream project Kannappa, which ended up as a decent hit at the box office. The fantasy drama is yet to land on OTT, but Vishnu has once again made headlines. As per the latest update, Vishnu Manchu has announced that he will back multiple micro-dramas worth Rs. 100 crore in the days to come.

Vishnu Manchu announces a special project

He has taken this decision after witnessing the positive response to Kannappa which dealt with mythology and ancient history. A source close to Vishnu’s team revealed that he will be a part of several seven-minute micro-dramas created for mobile audiences, which will also be streamed on OTT platforms.

These short videos, ranging from five to seven minutes, will focus on various aspects of Indian mythology, history, and culture. The scripting for these has already began, and the manner in which they will be mounted will be quite special, as per reports.

Vishnu Manch hires a massive team

Pre-production for these dramas is happening at a brisk pace in Hyderabad, with several noted faces and technicians on board. The source further added that some of the micro-dramas will also be produced through animation, and Vishnu Manchu himself will act in a few. A massive team has already been hired, and Vishnu is also in talks with multiple OTT platforms for streaming.

Additionally, Vishnu has roped in a few young Telugu directors to helm these projects. Be it visuals or VFX, the short films will be made with high standards and will carry strong emotions and rich content.
