Globetrotter event-Cops threaten Rajamouli

The D-day is finally here, as the mega launch event of SS Rajamouli's Globetrotter will be held in a few hours from now in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Crowds are going to gather in huge numbers, and special passes have been allocated for the same.

Globetrotter event to stream on OTTplay Premium

Thousands of cops have been deployed for the event, and one of the sources close to the unit has revealed to us that the top cops in Telangana have warned Rajamouli and his team that if any mishap happens when it comes to entry tickets, parking, or fans breaking rules to watch the show, they will cancel the event at any time without hesitation.

That is the reason Rajamouli has made several videos talking about the passes, parking at the venue, and not taking shortcuts to reach the venue.

Last time, during the premiere of Pushpa 2, a lady fan lost her life in a stampede. That is the reason the cops do not want any risk and will allow only those fans who have legitimate passes.

Even the media from various languages have been given different access, and only a strict few have been invited. Close to a lakh fans are expected to grace the event.

The title, teaser, and Mahesh Babu's look from the film will be revealed today. Shruthi Haasan will perform live, and special entries have been planned for each of the stars.

There is no live coverage of the event on any of the TV channels across India, as fans can only watch the event on JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium from 6 PM onwards. Stay tuned for more updates about this mega launch.
