Anandrao Adventures: Writer Padmabhushan actor Suhas’ next film formally commences; first look out

The film, whose pooja ceremony was graced by several celebs, is written and directed by a debutant Ram Pasupuleti

Suhas, who took an unexpectedly interesting turn as a lead actor with Sandeep Raj’s directorial, the national award-winning Colour Photo, has proved his versatility across several films like Hit 2, Family Drama, Majili, Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya,to name a few. While he awaits the release of his next film, Writer Padmabhushan, in February, his new project, Anandrao Adventures, was formally launched today.

Several leading names in Telugu cinema graced the launch ceremony of Anandrao Adventures including Rana Daggubati, Anand Deverakonda, Krish, Nandini Reddy and BVS Ravi. While Rana unveiled the first look of the film, director Krish Jagarlamudi handed over the script to the team. Anandrao Adventures has story, screenplay, direction and dialogues by debutant Ram Pasupuleti.

Labelled a fairy tale fantasy film, Anandrao Adventures will be produced by Uday Kola, Vijay Sekhar Anne, and Suresh Kothinti under Xappie Studios and Streamline Productions. Suhasini Rahul, and Murali Jampana are co-producers. In the first look, Suhas is at his hilarious best while sporting a crown atop his head, holding a feeding bottle while he journeys from heaven to earth. One can’t wait to know more about its premise.

Mahanati composer Mickey J Meyer is the music director while Rakesh S Narayan is the cinematographer. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor and Suresh is the art director respectively. More details about the cast and crew will be out shortly. Suhas' recent release Hit 2, directed by Sailesh Kolanu, can be watched on Amazon Prime Video. The film was headlined by Adivi Sesh and Meenakshii Chaudhary.
