Aranyak: Raveena Tandon starrer crime thriller becomes Top 10 shows on Netflix globally in its first week of launch

Directed by Vinay Waikul, the show that released on December 10 also stars Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Ashutosh Rana, and Taneesha Joshi.

The Indian crime thriller Aranyak, starring Raveena Tandon, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Ashutosh Rana, and Taneesha Joshi, among others has broken into the rankings of the Global Top 10 non-English TV Shows on Netflix at #8 in its very first week of launch. Directed by Vinay Waikul, the show was released on December 10. It revolves around a police officer, played by Raveena Tandon, who works along with the new inspector to solve a mysterious murder in a fictitious small town of Himachal Pradesh. The story involves political conspiracies, personal agendas and the myth of a dangerous supernatural being and everyone becomes a suspect of the puzzling murder.

The web series on Netflix is the first by Roy Kapur Films. Aranyak has notched up over 10.3 million hours viewed across the world and has made it to the Top 10 lists across 13 countries, including Singapore, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Oman, Kuwait and India.
