Popular filmmaker Rajiv Menon's daughter Saraswathi Menon is all set to make her film debut. The actress will be seen opposite Vasanth Ravi in a film titled Asvins, which is touted to be a psychological thriller. Asvins will be directed by Tarun Teja, a popular short filmmaker. The film will mark their social media debut as well. It is to be noted that Saraswathi had been part of her father's earlier films, Sarvam Thaala Mayam, for which she sang a song. She is not only a singer, but a dancer, writer and director, too.

The first-look poster of the film was released by none other than Anirudh Ravichander. Taking to his social media handle, the Jailer composer wrote,"Happy to launch the first look poster of @iamvasanthravi's next film titled #ASVINS produced by @SVCCofficial & directed by @taruntejafilm. Best wishes to the entire team @BvsnP @praveen2000 @Vimraman @GA_StudiosOffl @immuralidaran @Sarasmenon @udhaya_deep (sic)."

Vasanth Ravi, too, thanked the composer saying, "Thank you so much @anirudhofficial brother for launching the 1st look of my next film  #ASVINS , you have always been a pillar of strength and support for me (sic)."

The first-look poster shows Vasanth Ravi in three different looks, all decked up one above the other. The poster has won a lot of appreciation among fans. We hear that the plot revolves around a bunch of YouTubers who seem to unleash a n evil force by accident, which goes on to travel to the human world. Vasanth Ravi's looks in the poster seem to be reflecting the same.

The star cast includes Vimala Raman, Simran Pareek, Muralidharan and Udhaydeep to name a few. Music for the film is by Vijay Siddharth. While Edwin Sakay is handling the cinematography, editing is by Venkat Raajen. The film is bankrolled by the production house Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra.
