Lukman's character, Arjun, is asked when he finished his education at the start of the two-minute, twelve-second video. In response, he and his mother affirm that he finished Class 12 six years ago. It is clear that Arjun had been idle for a long time until his mother forced him to enrol in Government College Chittur in order to pursue his education. He meets Anu there and falls in love with her, but he finds it difficult to tell her how he really feels, which gets him into trouble. The trailer soon shows glimpses of him confronting the realities of his life and love. Overall, it suggests a full-fledged romantic comedy drama.

The film is slated to open in theatres on November 14. No other Malayalam movie has been scheduled to screen on the same day as of yet. Athi Bheekara Kaamukan's directors are Gautham Thaniyil and CC Nithin. Among the supporting cast members of the movie are Irshad Ali, Karthik, and Manohari Joy. The screenplay for this film was written by Sujai Mohanraj.
This year's Valentine's Day saw the release of the film's first-look poster, which included a glimpse of the major characters. The background soundtrack and music for Athibheekara Kaamukan were composed by Bibin Ashok. The movie was filmed in several locations in Palakkad, Ooty, and Nelliampathy. After Corona Dhavan, which is available on Saina Play, Lukman, Gautham Thaniyil, and CC Nithin are working together for the second time.
