Ronny learns from Olivia, who dies just before she does, that Chacko and his brother Paulo are holding Alisha captive. At the end of the story, Ronny regains his sanity and carries out a brutal act of revenge, killing Chacko and Paulo before eventually reuniting with Alisha, despite Chacko's efforts to drive him insane with shock treatment.

After its September 5, 2025, theatrical release, Baaghi 4 bombed at the box office. It was the lowest-grossing film in the Baaghi series, with a global gross of about ₹66 crore. Critical reception was poor, with several critics pointing out problems with the film's plot, script, and director.
