Bhagyashree Borse plays the female lead in Vijay Deverakonda's Kingdom and for the first time has opened up on her character in the Gowtam Tinnanuri film.

Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom is just hours away from its release and will hit the screens on July 31, 2025. The trailers and songs have created solid buzz and bookings are strong. All eyes are now on Vijay Deverakonda, as he needs a hit at any cost to make a comeback in his career.

Bhagyashree Bose plays the female lead in the film, and it is a do-or-die project for her as well. She made her debut with Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan, but unfortunately, the film ended up as a major flop at the box office. As an actor, she didn’t have much scope to perform, as she was presented in a purely glamorous role.
Speaking about her character in Kingdom, Bhagyashree says that it is far from glamorous and instead showcases he in a girl-next-door vibe. The young actress adds, "How Gautam has shaped my character will impress everyone. I think I have delivered a fine performance with his help. You will see me in a completely new avatar, and I hope the audience accepts me in this challenging role," she stated.
Anirudh has composed the music for the film, which features Vijay Deverakonda in the role of a cop. So far, two songs have been released, and one romantic number featuring Bhagyashree and Vijay has become a chart-topper. The two share excellent on-screen chemistry, and Bhagyashree looks stunning in the song.
Whether it’s her offline promotions or her confident media presence, Bhagyashree has quickly become a rising sensation in Telugu cinema. If Kingdom becomes a big hit, it could be a turning point in her career.
Up next, Bhagyashree will be seen in Dulquer Salmaan's Kaantha and Ram Pothineni’s Andhra King Taluka, both high-profile projects that could solidify her position in the industry. While her role in Kingdom has been kept under wraps, expectations are high. Let’s wait and see if Bhagyashree Bose can impress this time. Stay tuned for more.
