Bhishmar: Dhyan Sreenivasan-Vishnu Unnikrishnan's comedy to clash with Toxic and Dhurandhar 2

Bhishmar - It has been confirmed that Bhishmar will hit the big screen on March 20. Meanwhile, some eagerly awaited movies will be released on March 19 - Toxic, Aadu 3, and Dhurandhar 2.

The makers of the East Coast Vijayan's upcoming film, Bhishmar, starring Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead roles, had its music launch held in Kochi on February 24. Along with the movie's soundtracks, the producers also disclosed a fixed release date.

When will Bhishmar release in theatres?

It has been confirmed that Bhishmar will hit the big screen on March 20. As of right now, no other Malayalam movies are slated to be released on the same day. Meanwhile, four more eagerly awaited movies will be released on March 19 - Yash's Toxic, Jayasurya's Aadu 3, Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2, and Nivin Pauly's Prathichaya.

The IMA Hall in Kochi hosted the audio premiere of Bhishmar on February 24. Numerous celebrities from the film industry attended the event, which featured popular actor Dileep as the main guest. Harinarayanan BK, Santhosh Varma, and OM Karuvarakundu wrote the songs, while Ranjin Raj and KA Latheef composed them.

What are the other details of Bhishmar?

The first poster, which debuted last year, features the main stars of the film. This is East Coast Vijayan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan's second film together, after Kallanum Bhagavathiyum. Indrans, Unni Lalu, Shaju Sridhar, Akhil Kavalayoor, Manikandan Achari, Senthil Krishna, Jibin Gopinath, Vineeth Thattil, Santosh Keezhattoor, Binu Thrikkakara, Abu Salim, Jayan Cherthala, Sohan Seenulal, Vishnu Groovy, Sreeraj, and Shiny Vijayan, along with Divya Pillai and two new female leads. Ansaj Gopi has penned the script for Bhishmar. Ratheesh Ram is in charge of the camera, and Johnkutty has handled the edit work.

East Coast Vijayan co-wrote and directed the movie, which can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video. It is also an adaptation of the same-titled book by K V Anil. Mokksha, Anusree, Srikant Murali, Rajesh Madhavan, Salim Kumar, Maala Parvathy, and Noby Marcose all give significant roles in the movie alongside Vishnu Unnikrishnan.
