In a new interview, creator Suresh Triveni revealed his plans regarding Daldal Season 2.

Times Now reported that creator Suresh Triveni was asked about the possibility of Daldal Season 2. He said, “We are ready to go for it. The writers have given three to four years working on the show, and they’re raring to go.”

The murder mystery may be solved by Bhumi Pednekar’s Rita Ferreira, but her haunting backstory remains unfinished business, and that's what Triveni is eager to revisit. He shared, “We have a couple of ideas. Also, I’m taking all the feedback from season one. We will take the right decision if everything falls in place.”

Meanwhile, producer Vikram Malhotra noted that the path ahead will depend on multiple factors, including Triveni’s availability and the streamer’s broader vision for the series.

He said, “The story lends itself to a second season. A lot of ducks need to get in a row for the show’s subsequent season — Suresh’s availability, the right story, and Amazon Prime Video’s desire to go ahead. We’d love to continue the story.”
