What does Gharwalon Ki Sarkar mean?

Gharwalon Ki Sarkar literally means that all power remains with the housemates. This hints at how the house will be divided into two political parties, and elections would be held to decide on the ultimate leader, aka the Captain of the House. Each contestant would play the role of a minister. Confirming the same and more, a source told BollywoodLife, "The game is leveling up this year. While the entire perception around the show has been that it is biased and orchestrated, this year, the makers are trying to change that perspective. Even the contestants are leveled up."
