Are you more into Hollywood content? Well, then we urge you to check out the upcoming line-up of 2026 that might shock you. While The Boys is going to end with its fifth and final season next year, Timothee Chalamet is bringing another dose of sci-fi in Dune Part Three, and Marvel is set to drop another Avengers bomb! There are even some big spin-offs and standalone movies too, all stacked for grand releases in 2026. However, the twist is that some of these movies and series release dates are still not unvelied and might get changed later.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (January 19)

Based on Geroge R R Martin's novella, Tales of Dunk and Egg, this British series is the prequel to Game of Thrones (2011-2019) and also a spin-off. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms stars Peter Claffey as 'Ser Duncan the Tall' (Dunk) and Dexter Sol Ansell as his squire 'Aegon Targaryen' (Egg). While first season will be released next year in India, the second season is already renewed for a 2027 release!

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (April 3)

The sequel to The Super Mario Bros Movie is set to hit the theatres next year, bringing back Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Day, Jack Black, Keegan-Michael Key and Kevin Michael Richardson reprise their roles. The animated flick grossed $1.3 billion at the box office worldwide in 2023, becoming the highest-grosssing cinematic adaptation of a video game ever made. Meanwhile, Benny Safdie and Brie Larson are the new joinees in the voice cast.

Michael (April 24)

It's going to be unforgettable that legend Michael Jackson gets a biopic that too portrayed by own real-life nephew, debutant Jaafar Jackson. The biopic has an ensemble cast such as Nia Long, Laura Harrier, Juliano Krue Valdi, Miles Teller and Colman Domingo in pivotal roles. Michael is releasing in cinemas next Summer. As per reports, the musical biography is made on a budget of $155 million, making it one of the most-awaited movies.

Euphoria Season 3 (TBA)

Zendaya returns to her iconic role Rue Bennett in the third installment of the coming-of-age drama. Euphoria Season 3 is expected to show a five-year time jump, following the characters exploring lives after college. Rue is placed in Mexico as she's struggling with debt to drug dealer Laurie and trying new ways to pay the money off. Show creator Sam Levinson revealed that Cassie and Nate are engaged in Seaosn 3 and later will be seen married.

Toy Story 5 (June 19)

Pixar and Disney return with the nostalgic Toy Story franchise after a huge seven years of hiatus! The fifth installment brings back Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Tony Hale, Blake Clark and John Ratzenberger to reprise their roles, along with Anna Faris, Ernie Hudson, Conan O'Brien and Greta Lee joining as new voice cast members. Toy Story 4 was released in 2019 and grossed over $1 billion at the box office worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.

Supergirl (June 26)

After Helen Slater in 1984, Laura Vandervoort from 207-2011, and Melissa Benoist from 2015-2021, Milly Alcock gets the chance to portray Supergirl. The DC superhero movie is coming to cinemas next Summer bringing Jason Momoa, Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz and Emily Beecham in pivotal roles. The movie follows Supergirl's adventurous travels across the galaxy on a murderous quest for revenge.

Moana (July 10)

Disney takes an unexpected initiative to bring a live-action adaptation of its 2016 animated movie. Catherine Laga'aia to be seen as Moana, and Dwayne Johnson to appear as usual Maui. The movie is a remake of the 2016 Moana hence fans can expect the same storyline but in live-action, instead of animation. Moana must restore the stolen heart of the goddess Te Fiti and save her people from a blight in the upcoming flick next Summer.

The Odyssey (July 17)

Christopher Nolan once again delves into history after Oppenheimer, but this time it's ancient. He turns Greek poet Homer's Odyssey into a cinematic adaptation, bringing an ensamble cast Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Jon Bernthal, Mia Goth, Charlize Theron and John Leguizamo in prominent roles. The movie follows King Odysseus and his long journey to return to his homeland Ithaca after the thrilling Trojan War.

Spider-Man Brand New Day (July 31)

Tom Holland returns to his iconic role as Spider-Man in the 38th Marvel Studios movie. Spider-Man Brand New Day has an ensemble cast including Mark Rufallo, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Tramell Tillman and Marvin Jones III. The plot focuses on Peter Parker's balancing his college life, part-time work, his new and solitary heroic life. When a new threat emerges, he is forced to confront old legacies and become a hero again.

House of the Dragon Season 3 (TBA)

Another prequel to the Game of Thrones (2011-2019) is returning with its third installment next year, however, the release date is not confirmed yet. House of the Dragon Season 3 will once again dive into blood-shedding battles, exploring more of the Isle of Faces, introducing key new characters. Even Season 4 has been renewed for 2028 release. Matt Smith, Emma D'Arcy, Olivia Cooke, and Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell and Tom Glynn-Carney are the key cast of Season 3.

The Boys Season 5 (TBA)

The Boys returns with its fifth and final season! The streamer recently dropped some posters along with the news on social media, revealing a 2026 release. However, the exact date is not unvelied yet. The Boys Season 5 is titled 'Scorched Earth', and it will showcase the battle between Butcher and Homelander, as the latter establishes a fascist supe regime in the US. Following the events of Season 4 and Gen V Season 2, Homelander is under control.

Dune Mesiaah (December 18)

The third part of Dune franchise, titled 'Dune Messiah', is releasing next Winter, bringing back Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Florence Pugh, Jason Momoa, Josh Brolin, Rebecca Ferguson and Anya Taylor-Joy for their titular roles, with Robert Pattinson joining as the new cast member. Dune Part Three is based on Franklin Herbert's 1969 novel, Dune Mesiaah. The sequel focuses on Paul Atreides struggling as an emperor, dealing with a galaxy-spanning jihad he unleashed, and facing conspiracies that threaten his rule.

Avengers: Doomsday (December 18)

Marvel Studios returns with its Avengers franchise with the biggest star-cast ever. Robert Downey Jr, Tom Holland, Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, David Harbour, Winston Duke, Hannah John-Kamen, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum and Pedro Pascal, everyone is returning to reprise their superhero roles.
