The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Bombay Positive, have confirmed its theatrical release soon. Following the unveiling of a teaser, it has been announced that the movie, starring Lukman Avaran and Binu Pappu, will hit the big screen in October.

The production of this flick was finished in the final week of June of last year, according to the filmmakers. However, for unknown reasons, the release was postponed. Following Tharun Moorthy's highly regarded films Operation Java and Saudi Vellakka, this is Lukman and Binu Pappu's third collaboration. You may watch both of the films on OTTplay Premium. Bombay Positive is directed by Jeevan Kottayi, with a screenplay written by Ajith. Jagadish, Joy Mathew, Neha Saxena, Rahul Madhav, Soumya Menon, TG Ravi, Sreejith Ravi, Nandanunni, Soundar Pandian, Sudhir, Anu Nair, and Jayakrishnan appear in important roles. The film's female lead is played by Pragya Nagra, who made her Malayalam debut in Dhyan Sreenivasan's comedy drama, Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna, which is streaming on Amazon Prime Video. V K Pradeep is the project's cinematographer, and Ranjin Raj composed the music.

Cinephiles have a reason to rejoice in the upcoming month as several much-anticipated Malayalam films will be available for big-screen viewing. Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir-starrer investigation thriller, Paathirathri, is also scheduled to have a theatrical release in October. Mathew Thomas' horror comedy, Night Riders, will debut on October 10 and Rima Kallingal's Theatre: The Myth of Reality will be screened in theatres from October 16.
According to reports, Mammootty's Kalamkaval might also release in the same month. Dies Irae, Pranav Mohanlal's eerie tale of lingering ghosts, will be shown on big screens during Halloween, October 31. Meanwhile, the Malayalam-dubbed version of the Kannada film, Kantara Chapter 1, is set to release on October 2.
