Deol's character requests his soldiers to scream so that it can reach the border in Lahore. Border 2 is an upcoming Indian war film that promises to highlight a patriotic epic based on real-life events from the Indo-Pakistani War. Sunny Deol reprises his legendary role as a soldier, potentially serving as a mentor to young recruits, serving as a generational link in the narrative.

Varun Dhawan portrays the role of Param Vir Chakra awardee Hoshiyar Singh Dahiya. Colonel Hoshiar Singh Dahiya was a decorated Indian Army officer, awarded the Param Vir Chakra (PVC), India's highest gallantry award, for his extraordinary bravery and leadership during the 1971 Indo-Pak War, particularly in the fierce Battle of Jarpal.

He inspired his soldiers and fought hand-to-hand despite being seriously wounded, refused to transfer until a ceasefire was reached, took prisoners, captured and held the strategic position.

Diljit Dosanjh will play the role of Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon an officer in the Indian Air Force. He was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra. Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon was honoured with the prestigious award for his sole defence of the Srinagar Air Base against air strikes by the Pakistan Air Force during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War. He was stationed at the Srinagar air base on December 14, 1971, when it was attacked by six Pakistan Air Force F-86 jets.

On the other hand, Ahan Shetty will play the role of an Indian Navy officer. In the teaser, he looks dedicated while showcasing his heroism.

Apart from them, Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh, also features Sonam Bajwa, Mona Singh, and Medha Rana as the female leads.
