Ranveer Singh's highly anticipated movie of the year is finally released and unanimously disappointed the fans. The Rohit Shetty directorial has been called a fraud film and a joke in disguise of a comedy-drama. Audiences took to social media to share their reviews and reaction to the latest movie. While moviegoers asked the makers to refund their money wasted on tickets, some of the social media users called Pooja Hegde an unlucky actress. However, there has been a barrage of reactions that hailed Sanjay Mishra for his outstanding performance in the Cirkus as well.

One of the Twitter users called Cirkus the worst movie and wrote, "#Cirkus @RanveerOfficial Worst movie Bollywood has made. Why are u wasting people money refund it. (sic)."

Another one tweeted, "With #Cirkus disaster result one thing is for sure #PoojaHegde is a very unlucky actor now god bless #KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan (sic)."

A moviegoer penned, "Watched #Cirkus only Sanjay M. & his sidekick manage to make u laugh, that too partially. 1st half is humourless, 2nd half has a few funny moments, climax has zero comedy, ending feels like a TV drama where everyone stands in one frame and things are sorted out. (sic)."
