Darsheel Safary, who gained fame from his debut in Bollywood as a child actor with Aamir Khan's film Taare Zameen Par, is gearing up for his next short film titled Capital A Small A. The short film is directed and co-written by Sumit Suresh Kumar along with Gaurav Joshi and produced by On the Ball Productions. The movie also features Revathi Pillai.

The trailer of the short that has released on Monday gives a sneak peek into the lives of two youngsters Aanshi and Aadi played by Revathi and Darsheel. Aanshi is a dreamy romantic while Aadi is a charming coquet and the two instantly form a connection.

Though their connection grows from a cute little friendship to romance, the situation takes a different turn when everyone pointed out how the guy Aadi's height is shorter than his girl Aanshi. These acquaintances started making fun of Aadi to the extent that whenever they go out, they become a laughing stock among their friends. Undoubtedly that affects Aadi’s self-esteem and confidence and eventually affects his love life. That sets the journey of the narrative.

The film will be released on Amazon miniTV. Girish Prabhu, Head of Amazon Advertising, said, "Darshan and Revathi share a spark that cannot be expressed in words but their chemistry lights up the screens in an unimaginable way."

The director of the film Sumit said, "Generally, in life, society and its perception matters a lot to many. The saying ‘Log Kya Kahenge’ has ruined many relationships, but with 'CAPITAL A, Small A', we wish to transform the perception and hope people only focus on one’s happiness."

The filmmaker also believes that through this film, Aanshi and Aadi and their journey of acceptance will bring about a change in the way people view bonds and relationships.

The film Capital A small A is all set to release on Amazon miniTV on November 17.
