December 2022 Week 5 OTT movies, web series India releases: From Butterfly, Aar Ya Paar to Vir Das: Landing, DSP

In the fifth week of December 2022, there will be a lot of English, Turkish, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, French, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali movies and TV shows coming out on OTT platforms.

It's time to say goodbye to 2022, and how are you planning to spend the last week of December? Of course, by watching the new titles that are dropping on OTT platforms. The week started with Vir Das: Landing the comedian-actor's new stand-up special on Netflix. Anupama Parmeshwaran's fifth release of the year, Butterfly, is premiering on Disney+ Hotstar, as is the new Hindi series, Aar Ya Paar. If you missed watching Vijay Sethupathi as a cop in DSP, you can catch up with the film on Netflix as well as SunNXT.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back with the new docuseries, Live to Lead which will stream on Netflix later this week. So is the Netflix stand-up special, Chelsea Handler: Revolution.

Beauty and the Geek Australia Season 8 - December 31 (discovery+)

In a mansion, beautiful women and socially awkward geniuses live together and compete in a series of tests that are meant to show what they are really good at.

Butterfly - December 29 (Disney+ Hotstar)

Kidnappers are putting a bunch of kids in peril, and despite offering money to free them, they won't do it. Anupama Parameswaran decides to save the children on her own and quickly realises that she is running out of time. The thriller, which also stars Nihal Kodhaty, Praveen Kumar, and Rao Ramesh, depicts them both as attorneys.

Chelsea Handler: Revolution - December 27 (Netflix)

With her brand-new Netflix stand-up special, Revolution Chelsea Handler is back. The well-known, award-winning comic opens up about her life, including her decision to remain childless and without company but her dogs, dating during the epidemic as her family encroaches on her space, and her fantasy of a time when men don't wear flip-flops.

Chhota Bheem Season 15 - December 30 (Netflix)

Chhota Bheem battles laddoo-hungry robbers, contends with a wicked witch's sweet but dangerous trap, and even gets to be king for a day during this season.

DSP - December 30 (Netflix and SunNXT)

A young man who got into a fight with a smart don and was sent away as punishment comes back as a police officer to get back at his enemy.

Lady Voyeur - January 1 (Netflix)

In the new thriller Olhar Indiscreto Débora Nascimento plays Miranda, a hacker who is fixated on peering through the window at her next-door neighbour Cleo, a high-end prostitute, who is played by Emanuelle Arajo. She is unaware that this fixation will drastically alter the direction of her life.

Live to Lead - December 31 (Netflix)
