Following the releases of Demonte Colony 1 and 2, the third part of the horror thriller franchise, will be hitting theatres in summer of 2026. The makers released the first look poster of Demonte Colony 3 which will have Arulnithi in the lead role.
The first look poster shows Arulnithi in what appears to be a possessed state as he sits on a throne and wears a crown along with an evil smile. His background appears to be a place of demonic worship. The third part is titled Demonte Colony - The end is too far.
Ajay R Gnanamuthu, who made the first two films, will be helming the third part as well, with Sam CS scoring the music. Earlier speaking to OTTplay, Ajay had confirmed that there will be four parts in the franchise. The technical crew includes cinematographer Sivakumar Vijayan, and editor Kumaresh. Demonte Colony 3 will release in summer 2026, with the exact date yet to be announced.
