Dhanush's upcoming Hollywood film, The Gray Man, directed by the Russo Brothers, has got a Twitter emoji. The emoji was activated today and since then has been doing the rounds on the internet. In the meantime, we hear that the film's trailer will be released on May 25. Fans of Dhanush are eagerly looking forward to the same.

The first look of Dhanush from The Gray Man was revealed last month.Dhanush, who looks dapper in a suit, is perched atop a car with blood trickling from his face. The film is said to be packed with some heavy-duty high octane action sequences.

An excited Dhanush had earlier announced on his social page that he was excited about his Hollywood debut, “Looking forward to being a part of this wonderful action-packed experience. My sincere thanks to my dearest fans from all over the world for all the love and support you have been showing me throughout these years. Love you all. Spread Love… ! (sic)”

The film, which is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo of the Russo Brothers duo, is based on the book series, The Gray Man by Mark Greaney, and the plot will revolve around a former CIA operative Court Gentry. The ensemble star cast includes Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Jessica Henwick, Billy Bob Thornton, Wagner Moura, Alfre Woodard, Regé-Jean Page, Julia Butters, Eme Ikwuakor and Scott Haze.

The plot is said to revolve around about a CIA's top asset, who is all set to uncover agency secrets, and in turn, triggers a global hunt by assassins set loose by his ex-colleague. The film has been shot in the United States, Prague, France and Czech Republic to name a few.

The Russo Brothers are well-known for directing the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. The film, produced by Netflix, will stream on the platform on July 22.
