What's the plot of Dhurandhar: The Revenge?

Dhurandhar: The Revenge (2026), directed by Aditya Dhar, is an intense action-thriller that continues the saga of RAW agent Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazari. Infiltrating Pakistan's criminal underworld, Hamza aims to dismantle a dangerous ISI-gangster nexus. Following the assassination of notorious gangster Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna) in the first film, Hamza climbs the ranks of Karachi’s crime networks, facing escalating threats at every turn.

Picking up after Dhurandhar (2025), the sequel charts Hamza’s covert mission under the alias Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The story centres on a long-term operation to break the alliance between the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) and powerful gangs in Karachi. With Rehman Dakait gone, Hamza’s rise hints at him potentially becoming the new kingpin of the Lyari underworld, as teased in the official trailer. The film explores elements of revenge, intense gang warfare in Karachi, and a high-stakes political thriller.
