Patrick Stewart is a British stage, movie, and television actor best remembered for his performance on the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Patrick is also well recognised for his role as Charles Xavier, the head of the X-Men superhero team, and he attended the recent premiere of Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness.

Does his red carpet appearance confirm Professor X's participation in the film?

Patrick Stuart also took to Twitter to share a photo of himself and his wife Sunny Ozell at the Doctor Strange premiere, captioning it,'made a cameo appearance at last nights #doctorstrange premier.'

Marvel movies have never failed to keep audiences guessing about who will appear in their films, with the last case of mystery being 2021’s Spider-Man . It’s also speculated that Ioan Grufford will his role as Mr. Fantastic, Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man and Tom Cruise will play a 90's version of Iron Man.

Whichever stories prove to be true, we know Doctor Strange 2 will be a crazy two-hour journey, as promised by the lead actor Benedict Cumberbatch.

Other cast members including Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff), Benedict Wong (Wong) , Rachel McAdams (Christine Palmer), and Marvel newcomer Xochitl Gomez (America Chavez), also walked the red carpet. Sam Raimi, known for directing the early Spider-Man movies, was also present.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be released in theatres on May 6.
