Starring Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is the story of an ambitious politician, Vikramaditya, who falls in love with Adaa, a popular actress. Their love soon turns into obsession when Vikramaditya uses his power to pressure Adaa into marriage. She rebels against him and makes a controversial announcement, which takes the story to a dangerous turn.
