Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is the story of Vikramaditya Bhosale (Harshvardhan Rane), the domineering son of a powerful politician, who falls in love with Bollywood actress Adaa (Sonam Bajwa).

But to Adaa, love is only equal, which fuels Vikram's stubbornness and obsession, and this love story takes a dangerous turn of hatred, power, and destruction, where the boundaries between love and passion blur.

The film begins with Vikram, a self-willed and power-hungry man, who sets his sights on Adaa, an independent and arrogant actress.
