Since the last few days, there has been a constant buzz (read ‘rumours’) surrounding Randeep Hooda. And the reason for the buzz is his alleged wedding with his long-time girlfriend, Lin Laishram. All speculations and rumours were put to rest today, when Randeep took to social media to officially announce that he is getting married to model and actress Lin.

Randeep Hooda, who made his acting debut in Mira Nair's critically acclaimed film Monsoon Wedding, shared the happy news about his wedding earlier today on social media. The actor posted a tastefully designed card, which read, 'We have exciting news, A DATE WITH DESTINY (29.11.2023). Taking a leaf out of Mahabharata where Arjuna married Manipuri Warrior Princess Chitrangada, We are getting married with the blessings from our families and friends. We are filled with immense joy to share that our marriage will take place on the 29th of November 2023, Imphal, Manipur followed by a reception in Mumbai. As we set to embark on this journey, we seek your blessings and love for this union of cultures, for which we are forever indebted and grateful. In Love and Light, Lin & Randeep”.

Good wishes galore
No sooner did Randeep Hooda post this ‘wedding card’ on social media, were the comments section filled with compliments and good wishes from his fans and followers. While the majority of the comments were about congratulating the couple, there were other messages as well that were equally sweet and heartfelt. One user wrote, “May you have a wonderful wedding sir with an even wonderful life ahead. May Lord Krishna bless you as he blessed Arjuna and Chitrangada”. Another user wrote, “God bless you both with love, happiness, peace and a wonderful life”. Yet another posted, “Congratulations Randeep! You are my favourite actor and deserve nothing but the best”.
On the professional front, Randeep was last seen in director Neeraj Pathak's web series ‘Inspector Avinash’, which received critical acclaim. He is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ and ‘Inspector Avinash’ (Part Two).
