Jatadhara: Sonakshi Sinha's Telugu debut wraps up shoot, Sudheer Babu reveals an interesting poster

Jatadhara marks the Telugu debut of Sonakshi Sinha. The film has Sudheer Babu as the main lead and he revealed the first look of the film today.

Sonakshi Sinha is one of the top stars in Hindi cinema and is all set to make her Telugu debut with Harom Hara star Sudheer Babu’s film, Jatadhara. The film is back in the news as it has wrapped up its shoot. The production had been ongoing for over a year, and Sonakshi will be seen in a very powerful role.

Sudheer Babu pays rich tribute to Krishna

Sudheer Babu has pinned a lot of hopes on this film, as he has not scored a hit in a long time. As the film wrapped up, Sudheer Babu paid homage to his father-in-law, Krishna, on his birth anniversary and launched the film’s first look.

Sudheer Babu wrote, “He wasn’t just a superstar. He was a storm, a screen god, a force. On his birthday, the team of Jatadhara salutes the legend, Superstar ‘Siva’ Rama Krishna Murthy garu, whose fire still fuels our stories! Happy Birthday to the king of charisma!”

Memorable family dramas to stream on OTTplay

Seen in the first look is Sudheer Babu looking at Krishna in the avatar of Shiva. Jatadhara is a fantasy drama being made on a huge budget. Directed by debutant Venkat Kalyan, the film is being produced jointly by Shivan Narang, Prerna Arora, Nikhil Nanda, and Ujwal Anand.

Jatadhara also features Shilpa Shirodkar, Ravi Prakash, Indira Krishna, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rajeev Kanakala, Naveen Neni, and Jhansi in key roles. The Hindi teaser of the film will be released soon.

Sonakshi Sinha, of Kakuda and Lingaa fame, has been paid big bucks to play the female lead, and her character has a divine touch to it. Sudheer Babu already made his Hindi debut with the film Baaghi.
